This is a tourist place and favorite weekend plaza, a nice area full of foodie shops and commodities. This isn't bustling so much because it's not a highly populated neighborhood as much as before. Several old HDB blocks have been demolished, making way for new private buildings. Despite the tranquility, there are good options for food and drinks, providing a relaxing spot for a snack after a hectic day. Trendy place to visit!

Small mall with a CS First supermarket and a drug store on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a mix of shops including a home diy store. Parking lot downstairs. Right off the exit of Holland MRT and a block away from the bus stop including bus 48. Holland Village is just 2 a block away as well.

Not much happening in this old school shopping centre but there are some notable tenants including Cold Storage and Guardian. There are also many services including massage parlours, manicure parlours, hairdressers etc.

There are some interesting shops like art shops, art and craft etc. But parking fee is exorbitant.. I was there just over an hour to look for a lampshade and parking came to $7+ .. that is really ridiculous - more expensive than an Orchard Rd mall

Lousy parking place. Paid $2.40 no grace period, not able to find any parking lot. Land owner should not implement the "no grace period" policy if it can't guarantee any lot for drivers. Feel like being scammed. One car $2.40, one hundred car will be $240!

This shopping mall is unique. It's an old shopping mall with many varieties of shops in it. Cold Storage supermarket on the first level. Shops on the second and third floor are the hair salons, foot massage, antique furnitures and many others. Love the smell the moment you walk in that main entrance.

I generally go there to by school shoes or fashion slippers ,they are some alterations for our costly bags n shoes too,also you can find some furniture's at lim store for your house.
